When booking an elopement package on this site; there is a 20% retainer that is non-refundable. Your initial payment may be equal to or more than this amount, but the retainer is still 20%.  Our work begins at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer amount is retained to cover work performed and retainers paid to our vendor team to reserve your date. All other funds paid towards your package are refundable up until 90 days prior to the wedding date.You may also reschedule your event at no charge up until 45-days prior to your wedding date; when rescheduling within that 45-daywindow there will be a $500 rescheduling fee.

Elopements on holidays, holiday weekends and premium dates require a rate adjustment. Premium dates are defined as those with repeating numbers such as 01/23/23 or 01/01/23. Holidays are all major US holidays and any long weekends associated with the holiday. The rate adjustment for these dates may range from $400 to $1000. Please inquire via email before choose a holiday or premium date.
